Refunds

Champion Dog Shop would like you to be completely satisfied every time your order with us. In the unlikely event that you’re not happy with the order you have received, here is what you can do:

Damaged and Faulty Items

If the goods in your order are damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible and within 7 working days by emailing to:

If damaged please take photos of the parcel in the exact same condition it arrived to you in and email them back to us. We may require the items back, so please keep them until you hear back from us. If we do require the items we will reimburse you the postage cost. If you are unable to provide proof of damage we may be unable to refund or replace the item/s.

Incorrect Items

All the parcels are carefully packed and then double checked, but in the unlikely event you end up with a different item call or email us on 07963 279715. We may ask you to post it back to us, in which case will reimburse you the postage cost. If we request the item be returned please ensure it is in the exact condition it arrived. We will send you a new item immediately.

We are unable to send you out a replacement if you have opened the packaging. So please make sure to check your order before opening.

Exchange and Refund

If you have changed your mind about the products you have ordered and would like to return them, please do so with 14 days of receipt of your order. We are happy to exchange products for something else or provide a refund providing the product is unused and all packaging is in perfect condition and unopened. Upon sending your products back for exchange or refund, all delivery charges are your responsibility and we can take no liability for lost parcels or damaged goods in transit. We strongly advise you obtain proof of postage.
