This website is owned and operated by Kimberley Jones T/as Champion Dog Shop. These Terms set forth the Terms and Conditions under which you may use our website and make purchases via our website. The Terms and Conditions governing any given use or purchase will be those in effect at the date of your order or specific use. If you use or order goods after we have published any changes you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly, you should check prior to each use or order to ensure that you understand the precise terms and conditions applicable to your site visit or purchase.

A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.

When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:-
You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.
This website offers visitors the opportunity to purchase dog products, such as toys, coats and treats. By accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Delivery & Refunds
We aim to deliver your goods to mainland UK addresses within 5 working days of receipt of your order (subject to availability). All orders are sent by 2nd class Royal Mail or delivered to TF postcodes free of charge (when relevant option is selected at checkout). Champion Pet services would like you to be completely satisfied every time your order with us. In the unlikely event that you’re not happy with the order you have received, here is what you can do:
Damaged and Faulty Items

If the goods in your order are damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible and within 7 working days by emailing to: championdogshop@outlook.com.

If damaged please take photos of the parcel in the exact same condition it arrived to you in and email them back to us. We may require the items back, so please keep them until you hear back from us. If we do require the items we will reimburse you the postage cost. If you are unable to provide proof of damage we may be unable to refund or replace the item/s.
Incorrect Items

All the parcels are carefully packed and then double checked, but in the unlikely event you end up with a different item call or email us on 07963 279715. We may ask you to post it back to us, in which case will reimburse you the postage cost. If we request the item be returned please ensure it is in the exact condition it arrived. We will send you a new item immediately.
We are unable to send you out a replacement if you have opened the packaging. So please make sure to check your order before opening.

Exchange and Refund
If you have changed your mind about the products you have ordered and would like to return them, please do so with 14 days of receipt of your order. We are happy to exchange products for something else or provide a refund providing the product is unused and all packaging is in perfect condition and unopened. Upon sending your products back for exchange or refund, all delivery charges are your responsibility and we can take no liability for lost parcels or damaged goods in transit. We strongly advise you obtain proof of postage.

Liability
The products sold on this website comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK.
We do not accept liability for any result of feeding or administering products we sell. You are responsible for how you use our products.

Site Uptime
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and, other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information on this website is correct. However, we do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of material on this Website. Neither we nor any other party (whether or not involved in producing, maintaining or delivering this website), shall be liability or responsible for any kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party as a result of your or their use of our website. This exclusion shall include servicing or repair costs and, without limitation, any other direct, indirect or consequential loss.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
